All aboard!

Thirty seven delegates from Max Philippines including Corporate Executives Rick Nelson (VP of Business Development) and Joey Sarmiento (General Manager) boarded the Star Cruise Virgo on May 20 from Singapore enroute to Phuket, Thailand and Langkawi, Malaysia for a 4-day, 3-night Asian Cruise.  This was a new experience for most participants and was memorable to all!

When the participants embarked on the huge liner, everyone was very excited and looked forward to what Star Cruise Virgo had to offer.  Associates couldn’t help but take photos of every corner they went to.  There were amazing amenities and abundant services like buffet meals available six times a day, thirteen choices of restaurants and bars, two swimming pools with 4 jacuzzis, an entertainment theatre featuring broadway shows, clubs for dancing and singing, and much more.

What was more fascinating was that, even if this was a leisure trip, most Associates were still prospecting for new recruits… a sign of true-blue business builders.

First stop, Phuket.  All the participants were given a treat by Max International and were able to explore Phuket for  a couple of hours.  Phuket is known worldwide to attract tourists because of its white sand beaches, 24-7 street shopping and exotic food.

Next Stop, Langkawi.  Those who explored the island were pleased with what they were able to find – a boat ride to see eagle feeding, bat caves, monkeys walking on the beach area, and the chance to personally feed giant stingrays.  Langkawi was all about nature.

On the last night, all thirty seven participants enjoyed the gala dinner at the Bellavista Fine Dining Restaurant and were serenaded with music from the grand piano while they were dining and chatting. Indeed, Max Associates deserve the best of the best and this is why Max continues to reward field leaders not only through the generous compensation plan, but also through exciting incentive programs such as the Asian Cruise.

Singapore’s First Anniversary Celebration held last May 19 at the Hilton Hotel was a great success. More than 200 Associates and guests attended the Anniversary Meeting to recognize the first full year of Max in Singapore and celebrate the official release of Cellgevity.  Additionally, 80 medical professionals turned up for the special Medical Symposium with Dr. Scott Nagasawa.

The Anniversary Celebration was from 2pm-5:30pm and was open to all Associates and their guests.  Joey Sarmiento, General Manager for Philippines and Malaysia, gave the welcome remarks and shared the significant milestones and developments in Max Singapore over the past 12 months. VP of Business Development Rick Nelson then shared valuable information and updates on Max International, as well as its expansion plans in the region.

Several Global Max Leaders, George Renginer (Triple Diamond), Greny and Jhoana Guadamor (Diamond) and Hd and Nitz Yco (Diamond), also gave motivational talks, which inspired and recharged the attendees.

The event also hosted a special Medical Symposium by Dr. Scott Nagasawa, who did a presentation about Glutathione, RiboCeine and Cellgevity.  This was an auspicious event considering Cellgevity’s official launch in Singapore.

Max International also recognized Singapore Associates who Rank Advanced during the past year.  Two special awards, Top in Sponsoring and Top in Personally-Sponsored Rank Advancement, were given to Top Max and Thomas & Doreen Chua, respectively.

Finally, an exclusive dinner with Corporate Executives was arranged with International Leaders to recognize Singapore business movers and the Philippine Asian Cruise delegates. Max also raffled off Visible Solutions Sets, One-Minute Wonder and other premium items like Max shirts.  The event was hosted by local Singapore field leaders Amy Nget and Dr. Ahmad Haleem.

There was a lot of positive feedback from the attendees, and the activities surely created a lot of excitement both on the products and on business building.
