Major News: Corporate Messages Will Now Be Sent Directly to Your Virtual Office

At Max Corporate, we’re doing our best to keep all of our partners informed about the latest news, updates, and events happening around the world.  While direct email has served us well over the past few years, the recently updated Max Corporate Site and Virtual Office gives us the option to send these notices directly to your corporate account in the VO.

We’re excited about this move as this should drastically decrease the number of emails that are incorrectly marked as spam, sent to wrong or outdated accounts, or are otherwise lost or corrupted before you can see them.

All of these messages will be sent from “Max Corporate” and will appear under the Message Center in your Virtual Office.  Please note that, by default, when you receive a message in the VO, the system automatically sends a notice to your primary email address.  If you wish to deactivate this feature, or opt to receive text message notifications instead, you can edit your settings in the Notifications section in the Message Center.

Our plan is that the majority of direct messages will now come directly to the Virtual Office.  The only major exception is that the Max Weekly Email is still scheduled to be sent out to all email addresses on file.  We believe this new system will increase the visibility of all direct communications and prove to be more convenient and useful for all Associates.
