Max Announces New President, CFO, VP of Operations

Max is pleased to announce it has made the following appointments:

Jim Stevralia has been named President of Max International. Jim previously served as Max’s vice president of international operations. Prior to Max, he was a partner in the law firm of Pepper Hamilton LLP from July 2007 to February 2010. From 1985 to 2007, he was a tax partner in the New York office of Hogan & Hartson. He received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. His law degree is from Fordham University and he has a master of laws (LL.M.) from NYU, both in New York City.

Tim Jones has been named Chief Financial Officer. Tim previously served as Max’s corporate controller, having joined the company in November 2008. His previous experience includes four years as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, two years as a financial analyst for an international engineering company, and five years as controller at Overstock.com. He earned a master’s of accountancy from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

Mike Szczesny has been named Vice President of Operations. Mike is Max International’s longest tenured employee, joining Max the day it was founded. He has filled numerous roles at Max, most recently as director of operations.
