As a Max International Associate, we at Corporate value and honor your partnership with us.  To this end we have several programs in place to support and assist all of our Associates. One program that often goes unnoticed is the Autoship Recovery Program.

We all know that Max has the best products in the industry, and due to our product quality our retention rates are phenomenal.  However, from time to time we notice that Autoships may fail to process.  Under the Max Autoship Recovery Program, which is provided by Customer Care, when an Autoship delivery fails to process, we send out emails and make follow-up telephone calls to the customer, Associate, and the Upline to help recapture the Autoship.

Essentially, this service pro-actively helps to preserve your hard-earned volume and makes sure that everyone retains the business they’ve brought in and continues to receive their product uninterrupted each month.

This program was initiated in June of 2011, and as of the end of April 2012, the total amount of recovered Autoship orders has surpassed $500,000USD!  That’s over half-a-million dollars saved in less than a year!
