A key factor in Max International’s success is strong leadership support arising from a formidable partnership between Corporate and the Field Leaders.

In the Philippines, regular leadership skills development trainings are conducted to help all Associates achieve their respective goals in Max.

The Leadership Training for the month of April 2012 was held at the Asian Institute of Management in Makati City last April 14.  The event with a big success with about 400 Field Leaders and Associates gathered from many of the different islands of the country.  The training highlights include the sharing done by Philippine Diamond Leaders Hd Yco, Greny Guadamor and Jhoanna Yco.  These Max leaders covered the topics of leader skills development, how to overcome challenges in business building, and how to follow the Max system in building a stable and sustainable organization. The Philippine Corporate Team then conducted a presentation on global and Philippine operational updates. Finally, the event ended with the recognition of newly promoted Associates.
